An open-source package for multiscale coarse-graining

We collaborate on the development of a Python package that implements systematic coarse-graining algorithms, i.e., methods to derive effective interactions for molecular models at reduced resolution based on rigorous statistical mechanics. The primary developer is the Voth Group at the University of Chicago.
